5 Non-Negotiable Days You Need to Schedule Every Month
Build wealth with intention by adding these five monthly money rituals to stay focused, confident, and in control of your finances.
5 Non-Negotiable Days to Level Up Your Finances
If you want to feel in control of your money (instead of constantly playing catch up like a broke boi (or a broke girl (or a broke they)), it helps to build rituals that keep your mindset sharp and your goals on track.
Here are five simple money days you can add to your month to build wealth with intention:
1. Money Clarity Day (Monthly Planning)
Start the month strong by reviewing your:
Last month’s spending, income, and savings goals
What worked and what didn’t (consider your emotions and habits too)
Adjust your budget for the month ahead so you can pivot with purpose.
Knowing where your money is going = peace of mind and power to pivot.
2. Money Date
Grab coffee with your partner or a close friend and talk about money:
Share financial wins and lessons
Set goals together or swap budgeting tips
Normalize money talk in your circle
If you and your friends can chat about everything else, then y’all can talk about money too.
Rich convos build rich mindsets. Clock it.
3. Invest in Growth Day
Push yourself out of your financial comfort zone. Try one of the following:
Open a brokerage account
Take a free investing course (Youtube is my favorite resource)
Automate a $10/week deposit
Growth happens when you take action, not when you stay “curious.” A “plan” is sometimes procrastination in disguise, so just get started.
4. Dream & Vision Day
Take time to imagine your rich life. I want you to ask yourself the following questions:
What does your ideal day, job, and income look like?
What kind of lifestyle are you building toward?
Write it out. Make a mood board. Then reverse-engineer the habits and money moves to get there.
It’s impossible to hit a target you don’t have. Remember to reach any destination you need to map out your journey.
5. Money Skills Day (Learn & Earn)
Every month (at the least), choose a money topic to explore:
Compound interest, taxes, budgeting, investing, etc.
Or study how others are making money in your niche
Those who understand money earn it. Those who don’t, spend it. It’s that simple.
Luv’s Final Thoughts
You don’t need a financial degree to win with money. TBH I don’t have won and it’s safe to say I am winning with money. All you need is a system and small, consistent actions. Pick one of these rituals to start with, and build from there.
